Mi dieta particular
Me h e unido a ese selecto grupo de personas que se cuidan. Nunca se me ocurrira combinar pizza fria y cerveza y tampoco comere comida pesada y dificil de digerir; de hecho, ayer, perdida en mi habitacion, sin saber que hacer, se me pasaba el tiempo y decidi comenzar mi pequeña cruzada saludable. Para muestra un boton: -Desayuno: Un vaso de leche con cafe y unos bombones de chocolate negro, que es mas sano. -Comida: Medio litro de leche con cereales. -Merienda: Leche fermentada con soja y unas galletas del pueblo, 100% ecologico. -Cena: Un par de tostadas con aceite y con mantequilla y mermelada y otro vaso de leche. No se por que me parece que esta dieta no durara mucho.
